Alnisa Continua is a registered non-profit organization whose mandate is to empower young women through mentorship, combat period poverty by distributing sanitary towels to the marginalized as well as provide mental health education and support.

We know that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives. Back in 2020, our Non-Profit Organization realized that by working together we could overcome our societal challenges such as period poverty, the stigmatization of mental health issues, girl on girl hate, etc. much more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to launch Alnisa Continua.
Even though Alnisa Continua is still a baby (we have only been in operation for barely 2 years ), we have already made great impact. Since registration, We have collected over 100 tampons and pads for women, girls & people with periods.​ We have also had 1 high school outreach event where over 20 girls were assisted with period care products for a whole month. We’re growing and looking forward to providing feminine care products to those is need for years to come!

To provide disadvantaged girls with menstrual products, equip women with tools that will empower them and normalize mental health as health.
Our Vision
We envision a world where there is menstrual education and access to sanitary products for all people who menstruate. A world where women & girls will be given equal opportunities to grow and develop themselves to be holistic humans. A world where mental health conversations are normalized and support is given for those who are struggling.
